Trash the Dress, Indy style :: Indianapolis Wedding Photographer

These two were fierce, and up for anything I wanted them to do (muwahahahahahaha). Just kidding, kinda. I made them pose in stinky places downtown (literally)...but the lighting and weather were just about perfect! You are going to LOVE Stefanie's shoes. They are AH-MAZ-ING! A photographer's dream if you will :o) I'm in love with these pictures. I hope you'll love them too :o) Enjoy!

I know, right?

Fav...all time...

It's getting hot in here...

This one cracks me up, but the colors are spectacular!

Umm...shoes. I may have been a bit obsessed :o)

Thank you orange background!

Hottie!

Fav

White shoes this time :o)

The cop cars literally went by 3 times...I guess to make sure we weren't up to any shenanigans?

Love this one.

Wow.

And in color...love the red tie!

Rania + Jeff + LOTS of Dancing :: Indianapolis Wedding Photographer

What a wedding! Everything was so beautiful...the people, the location, even the sprinkles... My bride, Rania, is exquisite (see pics below). Period. I could have taken pictures of her and her gorgeous bridesmaids ALL day...which technically I did, but you know what I mean. Jeff and the guys were hilarious and kept me and my assistant and friend, Brandy Cunningham, on our toes! The rain came all day on Saturday, but that didn't dampen anyone's spirit. The Indianapolis Museum of Art can accommodate anything I've decided. Plus, it's always happy to have such competent and kind coordinators there to help! This time I got to work with wedding coordinators, Deborah and Cassie from A Touch of Elegance. The day couldn't have happened without all of their hard work. Um, did I mention Rania and Jeff also had a dessert table (my fav!) Kahn's Catering did all of the food. Laurie and Bob from Indy Visual were the videographers...their work is amazing! By the time the reception came around the dance floor filled up and stayed that way all night. DJ Mike from SDI Sound kept the party alive as a wonderful mix of two different cultures came together for some FUN!

Luckily, Rania and Jeff met on the tennis court, so they were in shape for all the dancing! These were super hard to narrow down, so I'll have a lot more in the slide show tomorrow! Enjoy!

I think this looks like an exhibit :o)

Classic. I feel like this could have been taken 50 years ago...

The boys.

I LOVED Rania's veil.

I love capturing real moments!

We opted for the bouquet instead of the pitch fork :o)

Ummm...Hello? Are you kidding me? Look at these hotties!

Even thought we were confined, I think it turned out pretty cool!

We spent about 72 seconds out side before it started raining...better than none at all!

Fav

Bob, from Indy Visual was super hunger at the dessert bar. Luckily I didn't have any...I many I didn't eat all of them :o)

This is literally what the dance floor looked like all night!

Rania and I getting our sass on!

Michelle & Casey's Fairytale Wedding :: Indianapolis Wedding Photographer

It was a great day for a...white wedding...in Monticello...in a vineyard...with blue skies...and white puffy clouds...

Seriously, every person on facebook was commenting on the weather. It was just so perfect for a wedding day and Michelle and Casey were soooo much fun to be around. They were laid back, comfortable and beautiful...all at the same time. My good friend and talented photographer, Amie, was by my side yet again to help me create these lifelong memories.
I met Michelle a while back at Ashley and Brandon's wedding. I loved her from the beginning. Sidenote: the flower girl belongs to Ashley and Brandon and yes, her photo shoot is coming up soon ;o)

These two grew up in this town but didn't meet each other until a family wedding. Gotta love it when people get married that way :o) Knowing their way around came in handy because after the ceremony we drove around in a convertible on all the back roads. I think I screamed about 20 times. Let's just say this car could go from 0 to 60 in about 2 seconds! I loved going on their ride with them!

The reception was at Michelle's parents' house and it was beautiful! There was a huge tent on their property, good food, a photo booth, lots of cakes, a table full of candy and cows across teh street...see below for more details :o)

Michelle and Casey, I hope your east coast adventure is amazing. Thank you so much for allowing us to be part of your most special day!

I loved Michelle's dress! Plus, it had pockets! Are you kidding me! PERFECT!

Ummm...we were at a vineyard, so yes I had to use all the bottles around!

Look at this...you're a lucky man Casey!

These were pretty much straight out of camera...it was just that beautiful out!

Cuties!

I was loving the flare here with the grape vines in the background.

Hello hotties! Loved the suits and the wind in this one!

Yes, she's really that ridiculously gorg.

These two ring bearers were delightful and handsome. Plus the sweet flower girl, Halle, was a rock star...all day and all night!

Not a bad place to get married, eh?

So I was kind holding on for dear life here, but it was totally worth it to get this picture!

Fav

This is the gazebo where they were married. I thought the detail was outstanding.

What photographer doesn't love an old gravel road in the middle of nowhere? Hello?

I feel like this one could have been taken with my old film camera with a red filter on it. Yummy.

Ahh...one Amie's favorite locations...the cow pasture! These are Michelle's Dad's favorite animals. She totally lifted up her dress and got right in here. LOVED IT! I have lots more of these too!

Shhh...my favorite part :o)

Michelle and Casey had a photo booth going on the whole evening. Funny Face Foto had some awesome props. Amie and I were all over it. Luckily we're better behind the camera :o)

This was shot #435 :o) I think it turned out pretty good considering. We had a great time doing this over and over again. Well done you two!

Oh, and here is our lovely photo booth idea. I obviously wasn't ready for the first one :o)

Here is the slideshow. I chose this song from your first dance :o)
